Catering and Hospitality Requirements 2008
1. CREW BREAKFAST: If load in is before 10:00 am, a light breakfast of doughnuts, assorted cereals, English muffins, bagels, milk, juice, and coffee for six (6) crew members shall be provided. Please provide a toaster and all condiments and utensils.
2. CREW LUNCH: Hot sandwiches and soup and/or salad plus assorted soft drinks and milk for six (10) band and crew members. Acceptable alternative will be fifteen ($15.00) dollars per head food compensation
3. BAND MEAL: It is important that Artist and crew receive a good, hot meal. Service should be for ten (10) people and should be a sit-down meal served in a civilized manner, well balanced and substantial. Quality is very important. Suggestions for main course are Roast Beef, Chicken, Ham, Turkey, Italian, or Mexican food. Please also include a vegetarian substitute. Acceptable alternative will be fifteen ($15.00) dollars per head food compensation
4. ALTERNATIVE COMPENSATION: In the case that the buyer cannot or is not willing to provide catering, fifteen ($15.00) dollars per person per meal food compensation will be an acceptable alternative. Paid with cash to Artist Tour Mgr upon arrival to venue at scheduled load in time.
5. HOSPITALITY ITEMS: The following items should be delivered to the bus at the scheduled load in time.
A) Beverages:
-Two (2) cases (48) of 16 oz. bottles of drinking water (Aqua Fina, Dasani etc…)
-One (1) _ gallon skim milk
-One (1) _ gallon 2% milk
-One (1) 1 pkg. ground coffee (Starbucks or local favorite)
-Twelve (12) 12 oz Classic Coke
-Twelve (12) 12 oz Diet Dr Pepper
-Twelve (12) 12 oz Gatorade or PowerAde (Various Flavors)
-One (1) bottle Premium California Chardonnay Wine (unopened)
-One (2) bottle Premium California Pinot Noir Wine (unopened)
-One (1) twelve pack of Bud Light
-One (1) twelve pack of Coors Light
-One (1) twelve pack of imported or local beer (Guinness, Bass Ale, ect…)
-One (1) bottle of Crown Royal Canadian Whisky
B) Food:
-One (1) box of whole grain cereal (Grape Nuts, Raisin Bran, Mini Wheat, ECT…)
-One (1) box of sweetened cereal (Fruit Loops, Golden Grahams, Capt. Crunch, ECT…)
-Assorted Fruit such as bananas, apples, peaches, plums and oranges
-One (1) bag tortilla chips/ potato chips
-One (1) bottle salsa (medium or hot) or any type of chip dip
-One (1) Jar of Creamy Peanut Butter (JIF or Peter Pan)
-One (1) Jar of Grape or Strawberry Jelly
-Two (2) loaves Whole Wheat Bread
-One (1) bag of Chocolate Candy (Snickers, Hershey’s Kisses, Dark Chacolate)
-One (1) small jar of each: mayonnaise, mustard and Dijon or spicy mustard
Following items are Deli items that should be sliced fresh and packaged separately so that they can be take to the bus upon departure so that food is not wasted:
-One (1) pound fresh turkey (baked or smoked)
-One (1) pound smoked ham
-One (1) pound roast beef
-One (1) pound Cheddar cheese
-One (1) pound Swiss cheese
-One (1) pound Provolone or Pepper-Jack cheese
C) Other:
-One (1) pkg. 16 oz. plastic cups
-One (1) pkg. 16 oz. Styrofoam coffee cups
-One (1) pkg. paper plates
-Four (4) 8 lb. bags of ice
-Two (2) rolls of high quality paper towels
-One (1) pkg. of assorted plastic utensils
-One (1) corkscrew/bottle opener
D) Stage: (these should be delivered to the stage 2 hrs before show time)
-Ten (10) clean hand towels /no bar rags
-One (1) case room temp. Bottled water
